Return & Refund Policy

At Edgegrass, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. To initiate a return, please contact us at edgegrass@proton.me or +44 1213287733 with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions for completing the return.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, except where required by applicable law. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under consumer protection laws.
